CCS SERIES

CCS full cone spray nozzle is engineered to maintain a relatively constant spray angle across a wide range of hydraulic pressures. Unlike conventional designs where spray angles vary as pressure changes, this nozzle delivers stable and predictable spray coverage, making it especially well suited to systems where hydraulic pressure fluctuates during operation.

The unique internal design produces a full cone pattern with a heavier spray concentration through the middle of the cone, improving impact and penetration while still maintaining uniform overall coverage. This characteristic is particularly beneficial in washing, cooling, quenching, and process applications where consistent spray geometry is critical to performance and repeatability.
